The role of climate in shaping past demography and evolution in humans

The Department of Geosciences and the Department of Biology, in the framework of Ph.D. Programme in Biosciences of the University of Padova, organize a series of seminars "Understanding patterns and processes across ecological scales".

The first seminars "The role of climate in shaping past demography and evolution in humans" will be led by Andrea Manica (University of Cambridge) a researcher who studies how past climate changes influenced human populations, demography, and genetic diversity and will take place in Aula Magna Vallisneri, on 17 September at 4 p.m.
