Dr. Martha G. Pamato - 2020 Winner of the Dr. Eduard Gübelin Research Scholarship
For the seventh time, the «Dr. Eduard Gübelin Association for Research & Identification of Precious Stones» has announced the winner of the annual Dr.-Eduard-Gübelin-Scholarship. This year's winning project was again selected by a scientific committee consisting of internationally renowned researchers within the fields of mineralogy, geology and physics.
The committee rewarded the innovative project of Dr. Martha G. Pamato. Dr. Pamato is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at the Department of Geosciences of the University of Padova. Her project is titled «The origin of hydrogen in diamonds and on Earth». The Gübelin Gem Lab congratulates the honouree and would like to wish her a successful project and an exciting research.
